Amethystine is also known as "Sowbelly Agate". This is from the Last Chance Mine in Creede, Colorado. It has great purple color and banding.
This cabochon has a custom cut design to take advantage of the material. All of our cabochons are cut with a rounded dome, polished flat back, and back cut to accommodate bezel settings.
